GORHAM - The Medallion Opera House is proud to present the 2026 Medallion Music Festival! Join us on August 14th and 15th on Gorham’s Town Common for two days of music and fun! This event is free. There will be food trucks, a 50/50 Raffle, Beer Tent, Merch Tables and more. Last year’s inaugural event was a success, and we are pleased to be able to build upon it. The Medallion Board received so much positive feedback last year; and they feel that events like this really help to keep Gorham on the map as a fun, vibrant, artsy place for residents and visitors to bring their family and to enjoy some high-quality music! Donations will be gratefully accepted at the event to help cover the cost of the seven bands.

Day 1, Friday, August 14, starting at 5:00 pm:

WINIFRED: A trio of disillusioned millennials who kept their day jobs to bring you alternative synth-pop that perfectly blends dark, introspective themes with infectious, catchy hooks.

CTRL+SHIFT: One of Northern New Hampshire’s absolute favorite local cover bands, guaranteed to deliver a high-energy setlist that will get the entire crowd moving.

FORTUNE: Taking on the epic tracks most bands are afraid to touch, Fortune delivers powerhouse rock covers from legends like Queen, Boston, and The Who, alongside tracks from their own internationally released albums.

Day 2, Saturday, August 15, starting at 2:00 pm:

WICKED SMART HORN BAND: A true North Country institution born as a side project 17 years ago, this powerhouse group has opened for the Oak Ridge Boys and played gubernatorial inaugurations.

NORTHERN CROSS: A breathtaking tribute to America’s first supergroup, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, masterfully replicating the intricate vocal harmonies and genre-spanning electric and acoustic rock of the originals.

CATHEDRAL: A laser-focused, all-eras Van Halen tribute featuring a three-time Grammy-nominated guitarist, capturing the full magic of the catalog from David Lee Roth to Sammy Hagar and beyond.

SKYNYRD’S HATCHET: Hailing from southern New Hampshire, this high-octane tribute combines the fierce Southern rock catalogs of Lynyrd Skynyrd and Molly Hatchet into one must-see concert event.
